St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School

We strongly believe in learning from the outside environment and encouraging our children to get plenty of fresh air to help with concentration and personal development.  All children have Forest School sessions throughout the year, fostering a close relationship with and respect for nature, and developing our understanding of biodiversity as a school community. 

Forest School is based on child-led learning, allowing children to explore and learn outside the structured classroom environment.  We encourage curiosity and exploration with all senses, empowering children in the natural environment.
