St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School

At St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School, our strong links with the parish community are central to our identity and mission. St Bernadette's is part of two local Catholic parishes. Father Sebastian and Father John visit St Bernadette's regularly and join us for a range of lessons, liturgies and masses throughout the year.  The partnership between school and parish enriches the spiritual life of our pupils, providing them with a living experience of faith in action. Through regular participation in parish Masses, sacramental preparation, and community events, our pupils grow in their understanding of Catholic traditions and the importance of belonging to a faith community. These connections foster a sense of unity and shared purpose, helping our pupils to develop a lifelong commitment to their faith and to serving others in the spirit of Christ. At St Bernadette's, the parish is not just a place of worship, but a vibrant extension of our school family, where pupils, parents, and staff come together to live out the Gospel values in everyday life.
