Accessing the school grounds...
There are two entrances to the school, one on the main A23/London Road and another in Cornwall Gardens. Both remain locked throughout the day and are only open before and after school. Between 9am and 3pm access is only possible via the main gate at the London Road entrance. Please use the intercom to gain access and follow the signs to the office where all visitors must sign in.
The main school entrance is next to the 'Preston Park Hotel' (on the left if facing the hotel). The school is at the top of a short drive and is signposted with a yellow sign.

By Car
Unfortunately there is extremely limited parking in the school grounds. Please contact the office if you require a disabled parking space or need to drive into the school grounds e.g. deliveries.
For onstreet parking we suggest you park in Harrington Road or Cornwall Gardens. These streets have no restrictions or parking meters and are only a short walk.

By Bus
St Bernadette's is easily accessible by bus from the center of Brighton.

- 5 or 5a - Ask for 'Harrington Road' (alighting opposite the Preston Park Hotel)
- 5b - Ask for 'Loder Road' (please note that this stop requires a 5-10min walk to the school and a small map if unfamiliar with the area).

St Bernadette's is only a short walk from 'Preston Park' train station on the main London to Brighton line, with frequent trains stopping on their way into and from Brighton.
